MULTI-AWARD WINNING CASTLEMINE FARM produces hand reared pasture fed dry aged beef, lamb and free range pork. Livestock breeds such as Black Angus and Hereford beef, a variety of lamb breeds and free-range pig breeds, have been carefully selected for the quality of their meat.

They do this by working directly with farming collectives, sourcing from other great farmers in our region to ensure a continuous supply of great meat while continuing to craft great artisanal products and culinary delights.

Castlemine Farm's believes in the philosophy of good breeds, good feed and good welfare. All meat is fully traceable, direct from the farm, butchered and packaged on-site.

Animal welfare and ethical values are at the heart of Castlemine’s principles and the company’s ethos. Animals are allowed to grow and mature slowly, at nature’s pace. They are raised in a healthy and respectful way that enables them to experience a good quality of life.

Our product range fills the deficit of Chinese/Belt & Road organic, Non-GMO clean dairy, produce, and proteins, such as pork that were decimated by the Swine Flu.
